Steven Moy is a Marketing Agency Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer, renowned for his hands-on approach and the philosophy that "Speed is the New Black." With over 30 years of experience, he has a proven track record of building high-performance businesses and teams through new service offerings, strategic mergers and acquisitions, and high-growth partnerships. Throughout his career, Steven has participated in significant digital transformation projects and initiatives for prominent global brands including American Express, McDonald’s, Starbucks, Marvel, Shiseido, Johnson & Johnson, CVS Health, Fenty Beauty, Post Consumer Brands, Samsung, Nike, and many other leading companies. Steven has held several executive positions in the advertising industry over the past two decades. Steven has achieved numerous accolades and recognitions throughout his career. In 2023, he was honored as an advertising industry ICON by the Advertising Club of New York. In 2021, Fast Company recognized Barbarian's 2020 Social Commerce Innovation, Mucinex Sickwear, as a World Changing Idea and invited Steven to join the Fast Company Executive Board as an official board member. Additionally, he was named a Campaign A-Lister in 2017 and was featured on Campaign's 40 Over 40 list in 2020.

Poonacha Machaiah is the CEO of The Chopra Foundation, dedicated to improving health, social and planetary wellbeing. Co-founder of Seva.Love the metaverse platform for wellbeing and ChopraX, a venture platform backing transformative entrepreneurs reimagining the future of health and wellbeing, along with world-renowned mind-body medicine pioneer and New York Times best-selling author Deepak Chopra, MD. He has co-founded initiatives such as NeverAlone® to address mental well-being and suicide prevention. Co-founded CIRCA®, an anxiety management platform, along with Srini Pillay, MD —Harvard-trained psychiatrist and brain researcher, and Cyberhuman.ai, a personalized AI platform for optimizing health and wellness. He is on the board of transformative companies such as The Healing Company, Beacon Media, Limitless Minds and Reulay. He has also held senior management positions at Nortel, Iridium, Motorola and Sasken. He holds an MBA from the College of William and Mary, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering.

Jim has spent the last four years as C.E.O. of Apollo Biowellness. Prior to Apollo, Morrison was C.E.O. of StarShop, which was the first celebrity driven video shopping app., launched in a partnership with SPRINT. His track record of leadership and accomplishment in the beauty space has been unparalleled. Morrison was President of L'Oreal for 9 years. He was responsible for many acquisitions including both Redken and Matrix, and top line growth which averaged over 20% during his tenure. Prior to L'Oreal Morrison was President and C.E.O. of Graham Webb one of the most successful start-ups in the hair care space. After leaving L'Oreal Morrison was C.E.O. and owner of Sexy Hair Concepts for four years. Morrison's track record of leadership and accomplishment spans three decades and includes over 36 years of experience in successfully launching start-ups and masterfully running global powerhouses.

George has been a corporate restructuring attorney for over 30 years, including over ten years as deputy practice leader of Skadden’s Corporate Restructuring Group. He has represented clients in complex business reorganizations and insolvency matters around the world, with emphasis on providing boards with strategic advice aimed at maximizing value for stakeholders and minimizing risks for corporate decision makers. As lead counsel, he has worked closely with financial advisors to present boards and management teams with comprehensive and cohesive analysis and advice to navigate through distress situations often on expedited timeframes. George retired from practice of law in 2023 and currently works with several private equity groups as an independent investor for early-stage companies.
